To maximise our DBC contracts by engaging employers to secure opportunities for their existing employees or for external DBC candidates/learners.
To be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and completeness of learner data and related funding claims.
To maximise our employment support contracts by engaging employers to secure vacancies for our learners and supporting learning to secure employment.
To provide support and tailored training to all learners accessing the DBC Programme. Creating new delivery modules and courses to address the local needs of employers and learners.
