Skills Development Tutor – Level 3
East Midlands
To provide high quality employment support and tailored training to all learners accessing the DBC training centre. Creating new delivery modules and courses to meet the local needs of employers and learners.
Programmes of delivery to may include up to and including Level 3 qualifications in Coaching, IAG, Mental Health, Autism Awareness and Employability related qualifications. (list not exhaustive)
Employment and Skills Coach – IT
Derby

To provide employment support and tailored training to all learners accessing the DBC training centre. Creating new delivery modules and courses to address the local needs of employers and learners. Providing senior support to Employment and Skills coaches, whilst supporting towards company targets alongside Employability performance manager.
Employment and Skills Coach - Warehousing
£25,000 - £29,000
To plan, prepare and teach level 1 and 2 warehousing and employability programmes to a variety of learners including 19+ unemployed learners. Supporting and developing learners to gain qualifications and experience that will enhance their further education and/or career prospects.
CSCS Employability Tutor
East Midlands
£25,000 - £29,000
To plan, prepare and teach CSCS units and level 1 and 2 employability programmes to a variety of learners aged 16+. Supporting and developing learners to gain qualifications and experience that will enhance their further education and/or career prospects and support them into work.
Development Coach
Acting as a workplace mentor and specialist coach. Helping to develop and shape sustainable managers for the future through a robust and innovative training and development programme, moulded to suit employer requirements. Delivering generic apprenticeship standards such as Customer Service, Warehousing, Business Administration and Team leading for prestigious Levy and Non-Levy employers Nationally. This role will be crucial in maintaining and strengthening stakeholder relationships and delivering high levels of service, achieving high achievement and satisfaction rates.
Development Coach - Coaching and Management
Acting as a workplace mentor and specialist coach.
