This Apprenticeship is ideal for any individual in a supply chain or warehouse setting who works flexibly; including working different shift patterns or across different departments.
We support those in moving, packing and stock management roles in your organisation.
That could be new apprentices recruited to your business or to existing staff as staff development to help nurture talent and promote from within. We work with you to create a programme with clear progression pathways that support staff retention.
Typically, individuals on this apprenticeship are responsible for managing the movement of goods and products for a variety of customers that can range from large global organisations moving goods internationally to sole traders and private customers working in local areas.
We provide an improved understanding of topics such as; safe working practices, warehouse operations and processes, technology to improve productivity and working effectively with colleagues to improve performance.
