Our training covers a range of activities and processes carried out by trainee recruitment consultants and resources working within a recruitment business; including selection processes, sales techniques and processes used by recruiters. 

Using the latest teaching methods (on-line/face to face) to suit learners and their work environment, we empower apprentices to succeed and improve your business.

The apprenticeship programme is ideal for both new and experienced members of staff. It focuses on the entire recruitment cycle, covering candidate search and selection, business development and negotiating terms of sale.

Apprentices on this programme will be develop the skills/knowledge to identify, assess and place candidates and achieve revenue in line with your business objectives.

This apprenticeship is delivered using a mixture of face-to-face and online learning. We work with you to tailor the programme to meet your business needs.
