This Apprenticeship is ideal for anyone new to recruitment. It provides an excellent grounding in all aspects of the recruitment cycle with clear progression to a career in the sector.

The responsibilities of an effective recruitment resourcer will often include tasks such as; researching and shortlisting candidates, identify new candidates and clients, update candidate records and meet KPIs.

We provide training that helps develop skills needed within the recruitment sector such as; tenacity and resilience, innovative approaches, self-motivation, attention to detail, excellent communication and an ethical approach.

Our training covers a range of activities and processes carried out by trainee recruitment consultants and resources working within a recruitment business; including selection processes, sales techniques and processes used by recruiters.

This Apprenticeship is perfect for those looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. It focuses on the entire recruitment cycle, business development, pricing and negotiating terms of sale.

Working with you as an employer, we develop content that looks at candidate assessment, sales techniques and assessing people to offer a training programme that covers the whole recruitment cycle in line with your own business model. Apprentices on this programme will be developing the skills and knowledge needed to identify, assess and place candidates and achieve revenue in line with your business objectives.

We work with you to tailor the programme to meet your business needs, training is delivered using a mixture of face-to-face and online learning. Our development coaches are highly qualified with occupational expertise and empower apprentices to improve your business.
