This Apprenticeship is ideal for anyone new to recruitment. It provides an excellent grounding in all aspects of the recruitment cycle with clear progression to a career in the sector.
The responsibilities of an effective recruitment resourcer will often include tasks such as; researching and shortlisting candidates, identify new candidates and clients, update candidate records and meet KPIs.
We provide training that helps develop skills needed within the recruitment sector such as; tenacity and resilience, innovative approaches, self-motivation, attention to detail, excellent communication and an ethical approach.
Our training covers a range of activities and processes carried out by trainee recruitment consultants and resources working within a recruitment business; including selection processes, sales techniques and processes used by recruiters.
