iProgramme supports Derbyshire Charity

DBC Training are always keen to ensure that our iProgramme funding reaches all employers within Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, from SME's to larger businesses and our very important local charities.

Headway Derby are an award winning local charity working with people affected by brain injury to help them improve their quality of life and future prospects. They have brought these same ethics into the workplace for their staff.

Headway really wanted to provide some IT training for their employees but had concerns over the availability of computers, meaning that only a few individuals could undertake the training at any one time.

To support Headway, DBC have provided them a number of laptops on a free loan scheme, these are being set up in a hub at their office to be shared across staff members to enable a much larger amount of employees the opportunity to learn, gain new skills and provide more support to their service users.

We believe that every person counts and will always go the extra mile to support our employers and our learners with their wants, needs and future aspirations.
