Sean Leads The Way With Apprenticeship

Sean Alexander Explains how the Level 5 Leadership & Management apprenticeship is benefiting him in his current role and setting him up to be successful in the future.
"Part of the apprenticeship is taking that next step, I've been a Team Leader and Supervisor for years, now being in Operations and Logistics, I need to step up and be an Operations Manager.
With that comes a lot more than I've previously been given and the apprenticeship should offer that.
The way in which the apprenticeship is going to help me with my the things that aren't specific for an Operator. If I'm going to be an Operations Manager, I need to learn a lot more detail about the role itself and the Level 5 qualification is going to give everything that I need.
I think that the potential the course presents, after completion, during completion and even at this early stage, shows me that I've got a long way to go but DBC are helping every step of the way.
If I'm struggling, they'll give me what I need but the learning material I've got already gives me what I need to be able to solidify that information in my head, so I couldn't ask for anything more."
