Bringing with her a wealth of experience from a range of training settings, Carole has a keen focus on the achievement of the operational and strategic business objectives.

Kerry  Bentley

Kerry founded DBC in 2000 after completing an apprenticeship.  She is responsible for the day to day running of the business  and strategy across the whole business. Kerry has been involved in the sector for over 20 years and began her career as a Business Administration Apprentice, quickly working her way up to Director level for a national company. 

Simon O'Connell

Simon has worked in the training, employment and justice sectors for 16 years, starting his career as an ESOL Tutor in Derby. His career includes securing over £1.1bn of funding for contracts across Ireland, Australia and each part of the UK. Simon joined DBC at the end of 2015 and is responsible for securing new business for the company.

Colin entered the training industry after successfully managing national sales functions across multiple sectors. Now with 10 years’ experience in government funded training programmes and a specialism in Apprenticeships Colin is responsible for the generation of new business, overseeing the business development function and DBC’s commercial offer.

Frances Drew

Frances has with a wide range of experience and skills and has been Quality and Operations Director for a large college and Quality improvement Director for a national training provider, which she was responsible for the delivery and quality of over 7000 learners. Frances has over 8 years’ experience in the sector of which the last 3 years of her career have been at board level driving business improvements and focussing on quality.
