MEET THE BOARD
Following a career in senior leadership spanning the skills and employment services sectors, Carole now operates as a non-executive director, supporting businesses to drive strategic vision and support good growth; ensuring great governance standards. Bringing with her a wealth of experience from a range of training settings, Carole has a keen focus on the achievement of operational and strategic business objectives.
Kerry founded DBC in 2000 after completing an apprenticeship and is responsible for leading our business strategy whilst being hands-on with the day to day running of the business. Kerry has been involved in the sector for over 20 years and began her career as a Business Administration Apprentice, quickly working her way up to Director level for a national company.
Anthony has over 13 years’ experience in business growth, bid management and stakeholder engagement within the employability, skills and justice sectors, having worked for a number of national training providers. Anthony has a proven track record of winning new business with commissioners including DWP, ESFA, JCP, Mayoral Combined Authorities, Big Lottery, MOJ, and levy-paying public and private sector employers.
Vicki completed 6th form and started her working career on a management programme with a large supermarket. After the first few months, she decided that it wasn’t for her. Undecided on what to do next, she joined DBC to upgrade her Microsoft Skills. Vicki now has over 10 years of experience in the training industry, starting at DBC as an apprentice. She worked her way up managing a large supply chain and then became operational lead for the business. Her strength is figures and she loves a good spreadsheet.
Chief Operations Director
Frances has with a wide range of experience and skills and has been Quality and Operations Director for a large college and Quality improvement Director for a national training provider, for which she was responsible for the delivery and quality of over 7000 learners. Frances has over 11 years’ experience in the sector of which the last 4 years of her career have been at board level driving business improvements and focussing on quality.
Kelly Eames Morris
Kelly has over 21 years of successfully leading and directing Employment and Skills contracts resulting in contract and funding growth through achieving excellent customer outcomes. As a values-driven senior manager delivering impact as part of a number of key national training providers, she has a passion for the development of people talent. Empowering a team that positively enables individuals to secure their first job, or a new career to progress in is what makes her proud and why she chose her career in the sector.
