This apprenticeship is ideal for those with responsibility for managing a team or discrete project, or undertaking their first line-management role. By providing development opportunities for individuals it promotes internal promotion, career development and talent succession planning.
Our practical training makes Leadership & Management principles relevant to your business. By using our expertise and track record we contextualise our delivery to reflect your industry and your own internal approach to first line supervision to add real value to your organisation.
Our training supports apprentices to: manage individuals, develop teams, manage projects, planning & monitoring workloads/resources, successful delivering of operational plans, resolving problems & building relationships.
We work with you to design our delivery using a blend of both on-site and virtual delivery that is overseen by qualified, experienced development coaches. They support talented individuals to reach their potential and improve your business.

Team dynamics and roles, leadership styles, absence management and feedback

Setting objectives, organising work, monitoring outcomes and difficult conversations

Building stakeholder relationships including effective communication

Delivery of a project including the role of projects and the project lifecycle

Project delivery including monitoring and evaluating project objectives
