This course has been designed for individuals that are looking for and are motivated to find employment but need some additional support with the digital and online aspects of jobsearching. We will take you back to basics and teach you everything you’ll need to know to help you take that step into work. 

The course comprises of a series of supported online sessions including: 

Online basics 

- Using the internet 

- Using email 

- Using search engines

Online Safety 

- Being safe online 

- Keeping your personal data safe


Finding a job online 

- Job hunting online 

- Interviews 

- Preparing for work


Managing your money online 

- Online banking 

- Budgeting and staying in control of your finances 

Job Broker Support

Throughout the course you will also receive 1:1 jobsearch from our specialised Job Broker, they will support you with: 

- Creating bespoke and individualised CV’s 

- Specific job application support, with a focus on online applications 

- How to jobsearch utilising social media and alternative online platforms 

Once this is completed you will then remain on programme receiving your individualised Job Broker support, at times organised to suit which will consist of 1:1 appointments and application support for a maximum period of 6 months or until you take that step back into employment (whichever happens soonest).
