Our apprenticeship has been developed to support individuals involved in long-term strategic organisational planning, developing a strategic vision, implementing and managing change and supporting middle management. This includes looking at topics such as project management, financial controls and people management.

Training is tailored to the requirements of your business, providing individuals with the knowledge and skills to develop collaborative relationships, optimise the use of technology, manage strategic thinking and understand business risk.

Using both on-site and virtual delivery methods to suit your work environment, we help talented individuals reach their potential and improve your business. Our development coaches are experienced and work closely with you to deliver positive outcomes.
