Grants

DBC Training will keep you up to date on the latest grants available to attract and develop your staff as part of growing your business.

Apprentice Grant 16 - 24

The Apprenticeship Grant for Employers of 16 to 24 year-olds, or AGE 16-24 as it is more commonly known by, supports businesses to recruit apprentices who would not otherwise be in a position to do so.

The initiative allows companies to take advantage of a grant worth £1.5k when recruiting apprentices aged between 16 and 24. The new eligibility criteria means that only companies employing fewer than 50 staff can qualify for the grant.

To apply for an age grant it is simple and straightforward. Get in touch with DBC Training and we will arrange for one of our Business Development Consultants to visit you.

Your vacancy will be advertised on the National Online Vacancy Database, which is a free service that will match all suitably qualified candidates interested in an Apprenticeship with all current live vacancies.
